After nearly seven years of work, The Unofficial Guide to Shin Megami Tensei and Persona has finally been released! Paperbacks are available on Amazon (US, UK, most other regional sites), and Kindle versions are available as well. PDF downloads are available at itch.io as well, where it’s discounted (along with the rest of the HG101 book library) for the rest of November. This book is a little more expensive than the others in our library since it’s longer (190 pages!). It’s also incredibly detailed, with fairly extensive reviews of every game in the series (both the mainline SMT games and its many, many spinoffs), along with reviews of tie-in material, a couple of supplementary essays, and other assorted trivia. It was a challenge putting this all together, but I think this is also one of the best books we’ve put out. Please remember this if you want to give any holiday gifts to the JRPG fans in your life!
