Neo Steam was developed by Hanbit Soft's internal Studio Mars, and advertised as the world's first Steam Punk MMORPG. On February 16, 2010 the Korean servers for the game were shut down, but the global service continued at Atlus Online, delaying the ultimate end of Neo Steam until February 8, 2012.
