SIECO published MSX and Mega Drive games from at least 1991. Two years later, the company started to put out a number of Master System games, mostly developed by Open, like Samgukji 3, Dallyeora Piguwang and the Jang Pung series. SIECO also produced a Famicom clone console in 1993, the Super Wonderboy, which had an integrated alarm clock to remind kids to take breaks, a result of the epilepsy hysteria of 19931.

The resulting decrease of console sales might also have been the reason for the company's gradual retreat from the games business, as two of its three branches were turned into mobile telecommunications stores in February 19942. Later that year, SIECO's properties were picked up by a company called Gameline, who also converted the games to the Mega Drive and released several multi game carts.

Gangcheol Robocop - MSX, Master System (1992?)

Cover

Robocop is the only Sieco game that is neither a known import nor has been referenced in connection with Open. Its origin remains unresolved, although the font for the status information is the same that's used in the Super Bioman games put out by Hello Soft and Segyero Electronics, so the games might share a common developer. The known dumped version, however, seems to be either broken or not properly emulated.
