Shower the Dreams

Sega's Virtual On series is in its twilight, as Virtual On Marz, its last release, wasn't well received and only a tournament was held in Japan to celebrate its tenth year anniversary. Ironically, this was also the same year that Senko no Ronde was released in arcades, and this is perhaps its last chance to keep the series alive. As G.Rev's game demonstrates, there's still more to the genre that needs to be experimented with, but it looks like almost no one outside of Japan seems to care. And that's quite a shame, as G.Rev did all they could to to make sure that their game would have a thriving community by porting it to the Xbox 360 so matches could be played online, and Ubisoft themselves were brave enough to bring this game over to the United States. Don't let this opportunity go to waste. Links/Credits
