The key difference between the Final B.O.S.S. transformations for Lili is that her add-ons are transparent and has glittering sparkles in the arcade version, which are replaced by wireframes in the Xbox 360 port with the glittering sparkles missing. Because G.Rev was aiming for Lili to have a mysterious persona, this little difference is enough to ruin it.
Lili's Victory pose is also different in this one, as she just bows instead of throwing her main weapon above her which completely disappears before striking a pose, which is how it was if she won in B.O.S.S. mode for the arcade version.
Lili's Main Weapon charge effect looks different as it surrounds her Rounder instead of seeing it right in front of her paint bucket-looking thing.
Changpo's Final B.O.S.S. transformation looks a lot cooler on the arcade side because of the special effects used. These were obviously missing in the Xbox 360 port and suffers a lot because of this. This is most likely because of the fact that the wireframes take longer to appear in the Xbox 360 port while in the arcade version, the wireframes appear faster.

Changpo's dash animation looks like everyone else's dash animation in the Xbox 360 port, which defeats the purpose of showing off her prodigy-like piloting skills.
Her Sub CC attack doesn't make her "lift" off from her original position at all.
Sakurako's victory pose doesn't look as great, and the animations for the "wings" of her Rounder aren't as lively as they were in the arcade version.
Her dash animation looks completely different, but that one's arguable since they both look equally cool.
Karel's Rounder just glows instead of its tail surging electricity whenever he uses his Sub ability and even his tail is completely stiff unlike his arcade counterpart. His victory animation is also sped up in the Xbox 360 port.
However, since Karel's Rounder stops flashing when he wins in the Xbox 360 port, you didn't see it, but you were at least able to see that his tail isn't flexible anymore from those. Therefore, a seperate one had to be made to demonstrate this. That startup animation you see in the preview thumbnail is the same as the arcade version.
